Bhang Chocolate is an established leader in the cannabis space with over 10 years of experience in the market. As Bhang prepared to take their company public they were in need of mounting press coverage, investor relations decks and an investor relations website that met compliance standards for a publicly traded company.
The CMW Solution
CMW’s PR Team worked in tandem with Bhang’s executive board to secure media coverage with the goal of maximizing coverage around Bhang’s transition into the OTC market. The CMW Digital Marketing Team created weekly content for the newly created Bhang investor relations social accounts, as well as various e-mail marketing campaigns. Our web team developed a stylistic and professional investor relations website that not only matched Bhang’s brand style guidelines but also met the necessary compliance criteria for a publicly traded company. The Creative & PR Team worked together to create a modern and professional IR deck that showcased Bhang’s style and ideal positioning in the market.
The Result
CMW Media helped position Bhang Chocolate as a seasoned and lucrative entry into the public trading market and would continue to foster press opportunities for the brand. Our marketing team would continue management over Bhang’s website and begin content creation and management on several other Bhang social media accounts spanning several platforms. Our Creative Marketing Team would ideate and create numerous graphic and video assets including a convenience store campaign promoting Bhang’s Hemp Pre-Roll Cigarettes.
Photography
Bhang was in need of updated e-commerce imagery for numerous products both in their chocolate line as well as their CBD product lines. Our CMW Creative team was able to shoot and edit vibrant, professional e-commerce focused photography that would be utilized across all of Bhang’s social media platforms as well as their website.
Web Design
As Bhang was preparing to go public they needed a new Investor Relations website that not only matched their current branding but was compliant with all trade regulations. With less than a month’s notice, our Web Team was able to build a comprehensive and stylistic IR website that featured several pages, financial filings, and a functioning stock ticker. The end result was compliant, professional and complete just in time for Bhang to ‘ring the bell’.

After those successful redesigns, the CMW Creative Team functioned as Bhang’s full-time graphic development team creating everything from promotional materials and branded giveaways to advertisements and pop-up displays for tradeshows.

Bhang had the opportunity to test their hemp pre-roll straights in a popular convenience store chain. They needed an informative but irreverent promotional campaign that was to include signage as well as a video to be played on site. CMW’s Creative Marketing team developed and produced a campaign that would play on the various promotional materials seen in an election year while maintaining a strong consumer call to action.
