The CMW Media PR Team worked on developing media-ready assets and prepared the executive team of EcoGen BioSciences for media opportunities. The Social Media Team came up with a new social media plan of action to boost followers by creating organic content and increase traffic to EcoGen’s website. The Creative Team redesigned EcoGen’s sales sheets and assets to be utilized for trade shows and conferences to create an overall consistent look and feel for the brand.
In six months, CMW Media helped EcoGen gain recognition as a leader in hemp-specialty products by positioning the company as a thought-leader on CBD + hemp ingredients and by growing online and social presence. Coverage in Forbes, Boston Globe, Benzinga, Cannabis Business Times, and more bolstered EcoGen BioSciences’ reputation with future clients and in hemp, cannabis, and consumer goods industries.
The CMW team worked with senior executives at EcoGen BioSciences to secure media interest with the goal of maximizing coverage of EcoGen being acquired by industry leader Kadenwood Brands. Carefully positioning the two recently merged entities as a new industry Goliath, the CMW PR team worked in lockstep with EcoGen’s team to position the media announcement and communications plan for the merger. The campaign resulted in global and major financial media coverage of the merger, including top placements in Reuters and FOX Business.

The graphic design team also developed the company’s logo rebrand and seamlessly incorporated the new branding into all collateral, including social media, email marketing, and investor and client relations resources.
