Position EcoGen BioSciences as the largest vertically-integrated manufacturer and supplier of hemp-derived ingredients by increasing the company’s media exposure, boosting their social media presence, and developing consistent messaging for all branded materials.

The CMW Solution

The CMW Media PR Team worked on developing media-ready assets and prepared the executive team of EcoGen BioSciences for media opportunities. The Social Media Team came up with a new social media plan of action to boost followers by creating organic content and increase traffic to EcoGen’s website. The Creative Team redesigned EcoGen’s sales sheets and assets to be utilized for trade shows and conferences to create an overall consistent look and feel for the brand.

The Result

In six months, CMW Media helped EcoGen gain recognition as a leader in hemp-specialty products by positioning the company as a thought-leader on CBD + hemp ingredients and by growing online and social presence. Coverage in Forbes, Boston Globe, Benzinga, Cannabis Business Times, and more bolstered EcoGen BioSciences’ reputation with future clients and in hemp, cannabis, and consumer goods industries.

Media Placements

The CMW team worked with senior executives at EcoGen BioSciences to secure media interest with the goal of maximizing coverage of EcoGen being acquired by industry leader Kadenwood Brands. Carefully positioning the two recently merged entities as a new industry Goliath, the CMW PR team worked in lockstep with EcoGen’s team to position the media announcement and communications plan for the merger. The campaign resulted in global and major financial media coverage of the merger, including top placements in Reuters and FOX Business.

Graphic Design

CMW is working in tandem with the EcoGen team to create a master marketing deck encompassing all branding, products and services offered. The graphic design team also developed the company’s logo rebrand and seamlessly incorporated the new branding into all collateral, including social media, email marketing, and investor and client relations resources.

Web Design

EcoGen BioSciences was in need of a website update to pair with their rebrand, CMW was able to assist by creating a modern, responsive, and streamlined web rebuild. This website refresh allows for continued growth and development as this burgeoning company’s web needs change and evolve.

Social media is a cornerstone in lead generation and retention for B2B companies like EcoGen BioSciences. CMW Media works to create and execute various social media plans across several platforms to expand EcoGen’s social footprint as well as work in parallel with their sales team to promote verious sales intiatives.

Photography

Product photography is a key component to any marketing and sales initiative. The CMW team executed multiple shoots to achieve both an accurate representation of the product for marketing portfolios as well as an appealing aesthetic for the general consumer. An engaging photo is often what gives a brand the competitive edge over other products and is a crucial component of any marketing strategy.

Video Production

As a B2B company, video can play a key role in telling a brand’s story, putting a face to the name. CMW edited multiple digestible, five-second videos to be utilized across all social media channels showcasing the many segments of EcoGen, allowing consumers to better understand all of its offerings.
